Sanitarium Weet-Bix Stat Attack II All Black Rugby Cards 2008

The All-Blacks feature on the new Weet-Bix Stat Attack II rugby cards 2008 from cereal giant Sanitarium. These Stat Attack II cards continue the series of Stat Attack rugby cards that began with the release of the original Stat Attack rugby cards in 2007.

The Stat Attack II cards are an officially licensed product of the All Blacks and come in boxes of Weet-Bix cereal and other selected cereal packs from Sanitarium.

There are 44 Stat Attack II cards to collect in total along with a dedicated official Stat Attack II card box to put the cards in.  Standard size Weetbix boxes (750 grams) contain two cards while the larger box has an extra card.


The Sanitarium Weet-bix card set is a nice set to collect and looks smart in red, blue and silver.  The dimensions of the cards are 89 x 64 mm.  The cards are unnumbered.

The front of each card shows an action shot of a player together with their statistics and the Weet-bix power rating that is used to play the Stat Attack 2 game.  Each Stat Attack II card came with a unique code at the bottom of the card that unlocked features of the playable Stat Attack II game at weetbix.co.nz

The back of the Stat Attack II rugby cards includes a small graphic of the team with the words "Weet-bix Stat Attack II" printed on the card.

Summary

The Sanitarium Weet-Bix All Blacks Stat Attack II 2008 rugby card set of 44 cards was a collectible card promotion by Sanitarium.  Cards could be found in Weet-bix cereal and other selected cereal products.  The Stat Attack cards included standard, legend and new caps cards and a cardboard official collector box to house the cards was also included in cereal boxes.  The Stat Attack II cards now carry a premium as a collectible and are only available on auction sites and from collectible card dealers.
