Minions McDonalds toys 2022 are due for launch in happy meals in July 2022 replacing the current toy promotion DC League of Super-Pets at McDonalds restaurants in Australia and New Zealand. 11 of the 12 Minions in this set are the same as other countries that received the Minions 2 Rise of the Gru happy meal toys promotion which features fun characters from the Minions 2 movie due for release downunder on 1 July 2022.

The Sonic happy meal toys feature Sega characters from the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog 2 movie including: Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, the Giant Eggman Robot and a Surprise toy in a blind bag.

This set of 10 Looney Tunes Dance happy meal characters from McDonalds was released in parts of south east Asia such as Singapore and Indonesia. I am not certain where else in the world had it but it was not released in the USA.

McDonalds Smurfs 2 Happy Meal Toys 2013 Australia and New Zealand

McDonalds Smurfs 2 happy meal toys 2013 were promoted at McDonalds restaurants throughout Australia and New Zealand during September 2013 as a tie-in with the Smurfs 2 movie. This is a large set of 14 character toys which was available for a limited time delighting collectors who were keen to get their hands on the full set of Smurfs toys.

Collector Notes 

This set of McDonalds Smurf 2 happy meal toys is larger than the sets released in Asia which ranged from 10 to 12 toys depending on the country. Smurfs 2 toys released in Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan and Philippines all had 12 toys although the lineup of toys varies from the Australia and New Zealand sets with the addition of Baker Smurf and Handy Smurf.

Meanwhile the Smurfs sets promoted in USA and Canada had a complement of 16 Smurf 2 toys and also include the Baker Smurf and Handy Smurf toys. The McDonalds UK Smurf set also had 16 toys but there were some variations from the North American and Asian sets.

The Australia and New Zealand McDonalds Smurfs 2 happy meal toys promotion for 2013 is made up of 14 hard plastic toys featuring some fun Smurf characters.

McDonalds Mr Men and Little Miss happy meal toys 2018 were promoted at McDonalds restaurants in Australia and New Zealand during November 2018. Although these Mr Men Little Miss happy meal toys are not articulated they look good on display and this is a fun set of 20 characters to have in your collection.

The McDonalds Mr Men Little Miss promotion ran over a period of 5 weeks. The Mr Men Little Miss figures came in pairs in each happy meal bag: one Mr Men character and one Little Miss character. The figures are approximately 3 cms high and are made of hard plastic.

Collectors Note 

The same set of Mr Men Little Miss toys were promoted in Singapore (30 November 2017 - 3 January 2018), Malaysia (2 November - 27 December 2017) and Indonesia (December 2017). To my knowledge this set of McDonalds Mr Men Little Miss toys was not promoted in the USA. Any details about what other countries had these toys would be helpful.
