McDonalds gave away 14 Trolls World Tour character toys inspired by the Dreamworks Trolls World Tour (2020) movie with every McDonalds happy meal sold in Australia. Due to the epidemic, supplies in New Zealand of all toys was disrupted resulting in fewer toys being given away in the promotion.

Collectors of McDonalds toys worldwide may be interested to learn that this promotion is similar to the USA and UK versions. The New Zealand release is only made up of the promotional toys in the country at the time that covid hit instead of the 9 - 14 happy meal toys released in various promotions around the world. Australia fared better and received the full promotion of 14 toys though not all toys were readily available everywhere in the country.
USA
USA had 10 McDonalds Trolls toys in the promotion that ran from April to June 2020. Toys included are: Party Poppy, Cloud Guy, Party Branch, Cooper, Tiny Diamond, Queen Barb, Guy Diamond, Delta Dawn, King Trollex and Biggie and Mr Dinkles.
Malaysia
Malaysia had 9 Trolls toys in its March 2020 (5 March to 25 March) lineup: Queen Barb, Cooper, Cloud Guy, Biggie and Mr Dinkles, Party Branch, Hickory, Guy Diamond, Party Poppy and King Trollex.
Singapore
Singapore promotion (27 Feb - 1 April 2019) had an identical lineup to Malaysia apart from the addition of the Delta Dawn figure making 10 Trolls toys altogether.
