McDonalds Puss in Boots happy meal toys were promoted at McDonalds restaurants in Australia and New Zealand during November - December 2011 and around the same time in other parts of the world. This is a set of 8 character Puss in Boots McDonalds toys given away as a tie-in to the Dreamworks Puss in Boots movie launched in theatres on the 8 December 2011.

Collectors Note 

McDonalds Puss in Boots was a global promotion. Sets identical to the Australasian Puss in Boots McDonald's set were released in Malaysia (Nov-Dec 2011), the Philippines (Oct-Nov 2011), China (December 2011), India (January 2012), Hong Kong (January 2012) and Turkey (2012). USA and Canada had the same toys promoted in November 2011. In January 2012 the Puss in Boots McDonalds toys were promoted in happy meals (cajita feliz) as Le Gato con Botas in Argentina.

The Puss in Boots happy meal toys make up a set that looks good on display. Each figure is hard plastic and has a different gimmick that makes them fun to play with for a limited time. Don't expect too much these are McDonalds toys after all!

The happy meal toys included in this McDonalds Puss in Boots 2011 set are:

• Puss in Boots with Sword
  Orange cat in black boots. Move tail to activate sword action that can be up and down or side to side.


• Kitty Soft Paws with Sword
  Black Cat and brown boots. Pull tail downward to start threshing sword action from the articulated arm and midriff.


• Young Humpty-Dumpty
  Wears a blue hat and green shoes. Wind up toy which moves forwards.


• Golden Goose
  Yellow bird and brown nest. Push the red button to eject the golden goose from the nest.


• Dancing Kitty Soft Paws
  Black cat on purple stand. Arms are poseable. Push button on stand to activate dancing motion.


• Goose
  White goose. Press each side of tummy to hear it honk


• Puss in Boots Cute Eyes
  Small orange cat. Push lever on back to activate eye movement changes.


• Humpty Dumpty
  Wears a small blue hat tilted to the side and brown boots. Press legs down on a hard surface to see his face change.
